Belfast, County Antrim

Interesting

I’ve a friend that lives in a cute little loft there, and everytime I’ve been there to visit, we found a good time. They say the people are great and I agree!

This is a very welcoming place and the fact that it’s not a huge tourist attraction makes it really fun to be in.

Toronto, Ontario

A great taste of Canada.

I haven’t been here in years, but I did live there for 3 months.

See a show here! Toronto is always such a great city for the arts, and if art comes to your liking, you will not at all be disappointed. And I know for me, I got a lot more than I expected out of this city. It’s great.

There’s just so much to do, everyday! It’s surrounded by such small towns, so I’ve always found it amazing how thriving this city is.

I do hope to make it back there again one day.

Paris, Ile de France

Un rendez-vous extraordinaire

I used to love going here primarily for the experience. I adore the architecture throughout the city, and it’s lovely going on walks just to take it all in. The shopping can get pricey, but I like going to the market just the same. This is another one of the world’s great cities with a very rich history.

It definitely helps to know the language though. I know some people who haven’t had great experiences largely due to the language barrier. It does help to try speaking the language, for the most part.

People on the roads are a bit crazy and crossing streets in the main areas can be quite difficult. But the most satisfying places in all of Paris seem to be the areas with less tourist congestion.

I still say it’s largely worth the trip, but definitely worth the time to go around and see the things you really want to see. There’s too much to get around to in just one trip!
