ive been here before but it doesnt really count because i was like 10 months old or something rediculous like that, but im taking german in school in hopes of going as a transfer student in my junior or senior year. most of my background is german, and several people in my family are fluent in the language. also i have relatives that live there that have offered to take me in if i choose to stay there. i also think that the summer before i start college i will live there for several months, just as an experience

my favorite place in ireland, possibly in all the british isles its sooooo beautiful i went about 4 years ago and would LOVE so much to go back

when i was there with my family we rode horses on the beach and in the mountains and ate in cute little pubs… it was really an experience

my mom and stepdad used to be travel agents specializing in scotland and the british isles so of course ive been there constantly since they got married. as you can imagine, its just torture :]

my dad moved here last summer from roanoke VA (we’re originally from the bay area in CA) and it was kind of a big change but very nice being able to experience this kind of culture and history every time i went to my dads house. also i love georgetown and the whole general area. its such a refreshing break from living in the deep south (haha) of north carolina
