Go during happy hour and you can get cheap, smaller portions of food. You can make a full meal out of a few dishes for not too much money.

A review of this place

Good moderately price restaurants are hard to come by in DC. While not cheap, this definitely the budget alternative to Michel Richard’s Citronelle and has both good food and good service. Be sure to get the Kit Kat bar for dessert!
