Not worth visiting!
The last time I went to this place
Not much to do there. Pretty mundane.

It’s just north of downtown on Central Ave on the right side of road… Macayos (maybe… anyone know the name).

Awesome place. Check out the YMCA of the Rockies for lodging.

I went on a quick trip and did some pronto sightseeing. Best advice I’d give is drive up to Banff. Great place, hope to spend more time there.

Wow! What a great place to go if you are looking to visit Southern California. I recommend flying into Ontario CA and then staying in Riverside. From there you can jump off to any spot in the LA area.
One spot you HAVE to visit… The Mission Inn. A perfect night for us was dinner at dusk at the outdoor mexican restaurant there. Pefect weather, great food, and awesome service.
Then, stroll through the Inn itself. Lots of history. The piano is really cool.
We treked over to Pink’s for world famous hot dogs. Whoa… great stuff.
We also made a drive out to Twentynine Palms to attend worship at Palms Baptist and drove back to Riverside by way of Palm Springs.
Too much to see in a few days so we’ll have to go back. But I definitely reccomend it.

I lived here for a year in the early 70’s. We were in North Charleston and it was great.
We went back to visit in April 2006. It was an excellent visit. We were there during their big (okay, HUGE) motorcycle event/ride in. There was also an air show and several other big events. Lot’s of cool historical places to visit and I highly recommend Patriot’s Point if you are into military stuff.

Amazing and beautiful. I lived here in the late 60’s and it was a great place then. But when I went back this year I discovered it had grown to a great size and is now an even better place to live.
Big enough to have whatever you may need, small enough to live a little outside the city and only be minutes away from anything.

I lived here as a little kid (actually on Hamilton AFB). It changed quite a bit between then and when I went back in 2004. As a matter of fact, the AFB my dad was stationed at is gone. The community is still awesome and the weather is very mild.

This was a great place to live in 1984/1985. As part of the metropolitan Kansas City area there was lots to do and see. Historic places, shopping places, touristy, yet it had great neighborhoods in close proximity.
