Although the island is beautiful the hotel and beach area that I stayed in were covered in Cockroaches, unfortunately they are the first thing I think of when I think back to the holiday.

Absolutely loved Corfu despite the fact that I spent it just outside the hell hole section where all the clubbers go.

Maybe I went at the wrong time of the year because I thought Dublin was pretty dull.. Maybe the fact that I stayed in a horrible youth hostel didn’t help. Wouldn’t recommend it. I suppose if you’re going on a drink-fest with a group of friends then maybe it’d be great.

Be prepared for all weather conditions, take plenty of food and water, wear the correct boots, trousers, jacket, fleece etc etc.. Do your research beforehand, plan your route, learn how to use a map and compass, check the weather conditions. Do not be the one that goes up in trainers and jeans. You endanger yourself and others.
