I like this city. Interesting places are close to each other, so you don’t have to go back and forth with your car. and from bellevue arts museum to Bellevue Philharmonic Orchestra, Bellevue Square, there are many good places to see, and live.

This place actually is not the really original Starbucks, I learned that it used to a block away.

I liked that there is usually a different musician playing in front of the starbucks.

Inside is full of people who are taking photographs instead of ordering coffee:)

It’s original name is Castle of St. Peter, and its origins goes back to Knights of St. John, a group of expatriates who drew their ranks from Europe. The Crusades.

Currently its used as a storeroom for underwater findings from several recent shipwreck excavations.

Where all English go in Bodrum? Gümbet. From kids to adults, Gümbet is full of English partying! It has a not-so-long road, a part of which is closed. That part is full of discos. If you love to party until its 4:30 am, you are at the right place to stay. But if not, you will have no peace to sleep at night.

At day time its considerably small beach is full of people sunbathing.

Bitez is one of the centers for wind surfing and other sails. Place has LOTs of hotels varying from 0/5 to 3.5/5 (if 5/5 is very expensive) expensive hotels, but the site has no loudy nightclubs or discos, so you will able to sleep at night. It’s sea is still and very clean, and has a very big, free beach.

Aktur is part of Bitez, a closed complex with beautiful bay and wonderful calm sea. There are apart hotels for rent, generally full. A fish restaurant called Arşipel is one of the finest places in Bodrum to eat.

Well Ankara is similar to DC, if we accept the common saying Istanbul is like NY. There are some interesting places to visit such as the Castle, and several museums, but other than that it is not a city that would take more than 2 or 3 days to see all of it’s interesting places. If you are around Ankara don’t miss the chance to visit castleü, but don’t come to Ankara from a thousand miles.
