Delaware is underated. There are some dodgey parts like in lower slower..mainly in the middle. Wilmington is where I live..write in the suburbs and its real close to philly which is great…I LOVETHEBEACHES must go to Dewey if u like to go party and stuff..if u want a more quite trip go to lewis..a real cute beach town.
