I took a road trip from Texas, across Northern Mexico through Chihuahua, Sonora, across the Sea of Cortez and through Baja.
Highlights:
Ciudad Chihuahua (met some really nice locals that took us around town)
Copper Canyon (beautiful!)
Sierra Madres
Hermosillo (best hotdog I’ve ever had)
Bahia de Concepcion, east coast of Baja (absolutely beautiful)
San Juanico, pacific coast (awesome surf camp, too bad I don’t surf)
The experience of driving through Mexico is much different than a US road trip. I highly recommend it!
