Illinois, United States
Chicago...
It is my favortie city in the USA, so much to do, great mix of cultures and I love the big city mentality but keeping with the friendly midwest feel.
The rest of the state is kind of lame though

I’ve lived here off and on most of my life and at times I’ve hated it, but it holds the most wonderful people on earth!
Cedar Rapids you have to know to find the good parts but Iowa City is much easier to discover and more diverse. Northern Iowa is very beautiful with it’s green, rolling hills. And after being surrounded by the stunning mountains of Guatemala, the flat farmlands of the Iowan countryside seem fresh to me again.
