twas my first really extended tour out of canada. I did not learn nearly enough spanish… but next time im gonna fix that ;)

I love this place. I saw how much the filipinas loved it when i was in hong kong, and i had to check it out for myself. I was going to stay a few weeks, but , now gonna be a year. I love how rough and ready it is here, people are nice indeed, and the climate is great, food is great , great ,great, great. only problem is that it’s hard to learn the language, since everyone speaks english also..

after living there for 6 weeks, i will always remember this city as the ‘chetto’. Ass. Pure, Ass. Only reason you should go here is to try to destabilize the economy, and maybe make you appreciate where you came from that much more

HK is a world city. I dont like how the domestics are treated there, no question about that, but of course, I would not try to export my values across the planet, that’s plain silly :| I loved the crowds, almost a white noise of humanity.
Lan Kwai Fong however is truly a nifty place …
