I went to London last summer and it was a most remarkable trip. In addition to all of the typical touristy places to visit (Big Ben, Tower of London, Buckingham Palace), I strongly encourage that visitors take in a show in the Theatre District (I saw Lion King and Wicked!), browse the various markets scattered around the city, and go on some of the obscure walking tours (The Jack the Ripper tour was excellent!).

I’m biased of course, being a Southern girl myself, but Savannah is a beautiful city. If you go, make sure that you take the trolley tour of the different neighborhoods.

Every time I visit Baltimore, I see something new and exciting.

If you’re not into drinking or gambling, don’t waste your time. Everyone should go once just to say they’ve been to “America’s Playground,” but otherwise it was not for me.

I was on a two week roadtrip with my father and this was one of the cities that we visited. I loved the desert, loved the rugged stark beauty of the city.

I was only in New York City for one day. I want to go back and spend at least a week there, so I can see more of the city.

I love DC. It is my absolutely favorite place to visit!

I loved Italy. I went to Pisa, Florence, and Rome and all three of them were beautiful cities steeped in culture and history. Florence was my favorite with the lovely bridges and gothic-like architecture. I can’t wait to go back!

I had just graduated from high school in 1997 and I went to the city as part of a European trip/gift from my parents. I loved the city! I went as part of a tour group and got to see a lot of famous sights, but I would have loved to been able to take it nice and slow through the city. Next time, I will go as an individual and explore the city by myself.
