over 7 years agoGreat museums, public transportation (metro and METROCABLE), people, and entertainment. Lots of poverty but that’s reality and the informal settlements are fascinating (viewed from Metrocable – too dangerous to visit unless with an ong or other official group, and even then…)
over 7 years agoWatching the sun rise over Machu Picchu is a life-changing experience. Climbing the peak in front of it was a life-threatening one, but I’m so glad I did it.
