I was born in Peru. It is a beautiful country with three main regions: Coast, Mountain & Rain Forest.
Lots of waves, uncrowded points, non expensive lodging and food.
Visit Macchu Picchu and the Colca Canyon for river rafting.
Try a good Pisco Sour, Pisco, the Peruvian typical liquor is the best, you have to try it.
Still there’s a lot to discover in Peru and a lot to explore.
Bad things: there’s a lot of poverty, therefore lots of petty robbery, it only depends where you go and who you go with. If taking a taxi cab, try to take one from a reliable company.
Try not to drink water directly from the faucett, buy bottled water.
