We visited the grave sites on Boot Hill and had a fellow tourist take our picture. Heard about the rattlesnake after the goofy picture was taken… :0

I went with a friend on a warm summer evening to see the laser light show. Everyone was sitting on blakets etc. like having a picnic at night time. A little girl next to us was listening to us talk then turns to her mother and asks her, in a cute southern draw, “Momma, are they Southerners or are they Yankees?”.
I found that comment funny and tried not to laugh.

When the fishing was slow, the kids “ice danced” on the 12” thick ice. We made them clean the fish they caught, they were troopers!
This weekend the 40mph “zepher” was absent, whooo hooo. One year I lost my ice hut to a huge gust of wind. Bad day of fishing that day but could have been worse, could have been at work. :D
