Great natural beauty. Many homeless and lots of new condo’s. I’d recommened going up in a float plane or taking a ferry around the island of Vancouver. The many islands there are a sight to see.

I lived in Boulder and went to the university there for two years. It was the best two years I’ve experienced to date. It’s an amazing place with a great vibe and terrific weather. I would recommend a visit.

I’ve only been to the city of Nice in France. It’s on the Mediterranean. It was very cool though and had a very wide and long promenade right along the beach. The beach is not sandy though. It’s made up of rock. However that did not deter the occasional topless from sunbathing.
