I’ve traveled out to Ningbo a couple of times for business. It’s a relaxed coastal city with some great seafood restaurants. There are a couple of nice attractions in Ningbo like the Baoguo Temple

I heard great stories about Fujian province and in particular about Xiamen City. The beaches are supposed to be great.

A great university where I learned some Chinese, made some great friends and of course enjoyed the amazing Beijing attractions and the Peking duck of course.
