when hubby and i were on our way to louisiana, chicago was our first bus stop. i dont think we even went out of the station, but we did save dennis from missing the bus. (we met him on the bus from michigan, he was a little out of it the whole trip.) we also saw a weird guy running around in the bus station. i think he stole someones suitcase. not a very eventful stop in chicago, but maybe next time…

When i met hubby, he lived in louisiana. i moved down there, we got married, and lived in Houma. Sometimes i miss the humid nights and sights and sounds of the bayou. Southern Louisiana will always have a piece of my heart.

I would love to go to the U.P. and stay at the Grand Hotel. It was so gorgeous in “Somewhere In Time”. Whenever I watch that movie it makes me want to pack my bags and start driving!

I used to work there..if you only knew the nasty stuff that happened in the kitchen!

I live in Holland now. I never wanted to live here, but this is where I’ve ended up. It’s okay I guess.
