I went on a school trip to NYC, and we went by bus. It was an art trip so we took a tour of the Chelsea galleries, we wandered around the city with our guide, played on the giant piano in FAO Schwartz, drooled over the Imagine monument in Central Park and had a moment of silence in front of the Dakota for Lennon. (I go to an art school, we all love John Lennon).

The day we were coming back ended up being on my 16th birthday, so now I have the most unique sweet sixteen of all the people I know:
I woke up in New Jersey, and fell asleep in Toronto (well, Toronto and somewhere on the highway in New Hampshire as well). I also fell out of my seat on a turn, was sung to by a bus full of high school students, played balloon volleyball, and had the worst McDonald’s meal ever.

And I got to go to the MOMA.

I was 4 and my grandfather taught me how to drive a car!

I went to visit family, and I was little. Strange, I had met them for the first time, but before a week was over it was as if I had grown up there.

I’d like to go back, and roam around more of this gorgeous country.
