Worth visiting!
If you’re the crafty/artsy/creative-y type and you’ve ever hit a wall where you’re feeling uninspired – then hit this place up! A bunch of super-sick talented people spit-balling ideas and oozing encouragement. If you don’t live in the BK, then wander over to the website and soak up something from there.
If The Dude doesn’t bail on me – I’m going here in the summer. Although I’m not sure if tourism will be affected by the Lakota withdrawl. Guess we’ll find out.
Not worth it!
The museum/house was closed when I went. I learned that all of the items in the museum including some of Dante’s personal things were put in storage while the museum was being renovated – then the storage facility burnt down. How ironic. (I feel a pun about Dante’s Inferno coming.) So it’s closed until they figure out what they’re going to do with it.
