Bintan

Worth visiting!

A review of this place: Relax and Unwind

This is the place to go if you just wanna laze about and simply do nothing. I stayed at Bintan Lagoon the second time I was there and it has many activities to keep you occupied if lazing by the pool just isn’t your thing. There is also a small village place that sells yummy local food at dirt cheap prices and local snacks and delicacies as well as little shops which sells sarongs and surf wear. The beaches are nice depending of which hotel you are at…i prefer the beach at Nirwana Resort. It was nice to laze about in the pool and have a meal by the poolside bar which ur feet dangling in the water….how relaxing

Fremantle

Worth visiting!

A review of this place: Shop til you drop!

Loads of places to shop at in Freo! from the markets to the little shops nearby along the walkways. You can find practically everything. I went there 4 times on my last trip and bought tons each time. Never stepped out of the market empty-handed! You have to take the time to walk about and browse though the shops. But if you have had enough of shopping, there’s always sights to see. There’s the Fremantle Prison, the Round House, buggys and scooters available for rental, an art gallery or just laze in the sun by the beach! This is the life! Oh and of cos the fish and chips are a must-try…

Kings Park

Worth visiting!

A review of this place: Right to the top

The view is spectacular! You can see the skyline of the city. We spent 6 hours there watching the sun set. The park came alive at night with lights all the way up, lighting up each tree with brilliant colours. Though it was summer, it was freezing when the sun set so i suggest a warm jacket…my face and fingers were ice cold. There were families picnicking, couples taking their wedding shots…filled with many activities around. love it love it! Have been there every single time I visit Perth!
