Go Habs Go!

Since I live about 100 KM east of Montreal, I’ve been here several times. Montreal has SO much to do. The International Fireworks Competition is really fun to go watch. They close down the Jacques Cartier bridge and thousands of people gather to watch the display from there. There’s tonnes of great shopping, the Olympic Stadium, the Biodome, Botanical Gardens, the Just for Laughs comedy festival and much, much more. I really recommend visiting Montreal in the summer. So much to do and such a beautiful, cultural city.

This place was awesome! I’d like to go back since 1 trip is not enough to take it all in. I’m not much in to art, but everything was so beautiful. It was cool because we went on an evening when it was free for students, there were hardly any people and no lines! I really recommend the Egyptian exhibit – just stunning!

I absolutely love Rome. I’ll admit that my first impression of Rome wasn’t a good one. Some areas can be quite dirty and scary and just overwhelming, but the more we explored the more I fell in love with this city. There’s so much to do, there’s so much culture and it’s amazing to be in such an historical place. The Colosseum is cool and I really recommend the Roman Forum. Try to find small pizza places on little side streets – it’s worth it!
