I originally wanted to go here because of Hamlet, but my fiancee is Danish and we’d like to go and visit the distant relatives he still has there. This is another country that seems so beautiful in pictures.

I’ve only seen it in pictures, but pretty much every picture I’ve seen of Iceland has been breathtaking. I would love to be able to spend some time there just exploring.

I had been to the movie theatres and stores on Route 110, but just recently I discovered Main Street and the Library Cafe. It’s a great little place to have lunch or dinner! Farmingdale in itself is nothing special, but there are some nice places to eat or hang out if you happen to be in the area.

It’s not worth making a trip for, but I have nothing against the town itself!

West Point is beautiful. My best friend got married here and I’ve been up here to visit a few times. Great views of the river and lots of beautiful woodland to hike or hunt.

There is so much to NY. From the farms and mountains of the upstate region to the vineyards of Long Island and the hustle and bustle of the city, NY is one of the most incredible states! There’s so much to see and do that you’ll never be bored. If you are going to Manhattan, make sure you have a plan of where to go because there is so much to see you’ll get side tracked easily! But I really recommend going beyond the five boroughs and seeing what the rest of the state has to offer. Upstate is gorgeous in the fall and there are so many places to go apple picking or just drive and admire the foliage. And Long Island is beautiful as well. Get out to the east end and see the vineyards and antique shops and of course, Montauk, “the end”!
And of course, NY is home of the greatest team in sports, the NEW YORK YANKEES!

I’ve visited Virginia many times for vacation or to see friends, and now I’ll be moving there! My fiancee and I are currently looking for a house so by this time next year I will be living in this beautiful state. I can’t wait. There’s so much to do and see and everyone I’ve met there is so friendly and fun. I just love the sense of community there. I would recommend seeing Richmond, Williamsburg, and the Shenandoah Valley, but there’s so much more! I also love Norfolk.

I love this stadium. From monument park to the infield grass, it’s just a beautiful ballpark. I’ve been there countless times and everytime I walk to my seat and catch that first glimpse of the field I am breathless. The history there is amazing and it’s a great place to see a game.

I’m not a big beach person and would never consider an island as the ideal vacation but Key West is one of my favorite places on earth! I love the sunset celebration at Malory Square and wandering around Duvall Street. The last time I was there I went to the butterfly conservatory and had a blast. Plus the drive from Miami to Key West is beautiful! There’s just such a great atmosphere there, I can’t wait to go back!

The high school in the movie 10 Things I Hate About You is credited as being in Tacoma, Washington and ever since I’ve seen that film I’ve wanted to visit.
