perfect spot for windsurfers and kitesurfer, works well with almost any wind, plus there’s always a bay with flat water and the second one that get waves (or formed chop, at least!)

never managed to sleep directly on the tiny island in the amazing camping site, you need to book veeeery early since the place is a favourite for Germans too, but the near villagge of Porto Pollo offers a multitude of apartments and studios for rent of different forms (terraces, gardens, bbq, etc) and prices.

We’ve been to Hyeres again, for the fourth time I think, just last week. The place is a very good spot for windsurfers and kiters, with three different beaches that are consistently good in terms of wind, since the spots are all reinforced by thermal winds created by the saline.

We were staying for the second time in a row in this cheap & cheerful place called Altitude Zero :) which rent little studio for 4 person at around 40/50 euro per day! but the best part is the place is ON the beach (at La Bergerie), no road to cross, to me is simply amazing!
