The Hottest place I've ever been to.

Great place to waterski, but you must bring your own shade. Even IN the shade it’s terribly hot. If you go into the water to cool off, you’ll be dry again by the time you reach your chair. Our solution was to just put our chairs IN the water - that made it a little more pleasant. We saw a temperature guage on the way back-I kid you not, 125 deg Farenheit. Too much.

Interstate 70, Utah

Bad, just bad

Eastern Utah is not a fun place. Take plenty of gas with you. Don’t let yourself get out there without at LEAST 2/3 of a tank. I’m not kidding. Across about 200 miles, there are 3 exits and NO SERVICES. Avoid if possible.
