This is the best part of Hershey I believe at least. I loved the garden inside the building with the Cocoa trees <33 it was amazing. We bought one of those huge hollow Hershey Kisses with little 7 oz. Hershey Kisses inside of it. I loved the little ride through the "factory" which was only a mimic of the actual factory. I loved this place <33

I went there for the first time yesterday and was really dissapointed in the park. I wouldn’t say it’s not worth visiting but I wouldn’t say it was worth it either. I thought it was going to be something totally different then what it was. See I’m from Maine and if I wanted to go to an Amusment Park I would’ve stuck with Funtown/Splashtown it really is along the same lines as Hershey Park which I thought was going to be more themed.

I’m here right now…so far I have not a bad thing to say about this place..but my heart is in Maine…I think PA is a great place to vacation though xD

The first and last time I was there I was 9?!? My dad was still alive I know that because he took me there to see it. I’ve been a SHerlock Holmes fan for as long as I can remember and I don’t even know why I like Sherlock Holmes that much it was just a facination that has been with me for like ever. but when we were there it was under construction and I remember a sign saying it wouldn’t be open again until 201o…but did they get done with the constuction early (mainly because I reallly want to go there) I just want to know if it’s open for visitors again =/

I went there when I was younger and just had a terrible time. We ate at the cafeteria thingy they had and when my sister bit into her burger she bit chomped down on a bread bag tie.

My aunt got my to go into that sky bar the one with the planetarium ceiling and all the furniture is like velvet. Yeah that was pretty sweet, she could’ve gotten into trouble for letting me in there because of my age and all.
Becuase of my age I usually spend my time in Kids Quest but it’s all good I’m saving tickets to get a REALLY cool prize. I like it there even though sometimes it’s quite annoying like when they have big name performers booked or that one time when all those little cheerleaders swarmed the casino, I had a panic attack that day….large numbers of people+social phobia= disaster.

If I stay at my sister’s for about a week or so I pick a day and my nephew and spend a day together. We leave in the morning and walk over to Hannaford’s buy Doughnuts and Milk then we sit at the bus stop and eat our breakfast while waiting fo the downtown bus. After we get dropped off at Pickering Square we walk over the the Museum and spend a couple hours messing around with the stuff they got for us to mess around with. Afterwards we sit on a park bench and eat lunch together and then walk back over to the bus depot and catch the Cape Hart bus and get dropped off at the Airport Mall again and then walk back to my sister’s apartment. Dylan (my nephew) loves it because I make it seem like it’s HIS day. Soemtimes we’ll catch the Stillwater (or Mount Hope) bus and go to Wal Mart so he can pick out a toy.
Anyway, the exhibits or neat and in the Storybook section they bring classic childrens books to life like Charlottes web and they have a room made to look like the one in Goodnight Moon. Three floors of discovery byoc (bring your own child) =P

Growing up in the Bangor area it’s hard not to have been to Bass Park especially end of July and Beginning of August for the Bangor Stae Fair.
Honestly unless it’s the Statue of Liberty or in an Art Museum I don’t see the point in going out of you way just to look at a statue?!? that’s me tho.

Sorry to sound mean but why can’t you leave the poor guy alone?!? Give me the reason “IF he wanted to be left alone he shouldn’t have gotten into a profession that made him famous” and I’ll give you the answer to go bother some other author then.

Oh and not worth visiting because he isn’t even there half the time because he’s famous and has money he has other homes too.

I was there when I was 10 sadly it was because it was my dad’s last wish to do something BIG with me and my sister before passed on. That same year he was diagnosed with ALS and sadly three years later christmas morning was when he passed. But that one week I was there was great and the only problems we had was with the general public, the workers are pretty nice and easy going.
