    Metreon

    Worth visiting!

    Untitled  — 1 year ago

I LOVE the Metreon. So much nifty stuff, and lots of video games. Video games nerds should really check out the Metreon. Plus there’s DDR! Yay!

Um…the theatre? Never been there. The shops? Didn’t know there were any. But the GAMES!

    Union Square

    Worth visiting!

A review of this place  — 1 year ago

Oh man, all of the students in the overseas program couldn’t wait to go back to Union Square! But that’s because they had money. Lots of money. Nothing but Ross is cheap at Union Square, but everything is fun to look at. (Especially Tiffany&Co, because they put these horrible bag-looking dresses on mannequins and show them off through the windows as if they’re actually cute.)

But anyway, check out Niketown. Just don’t buy their shoes, ‘cause the only ones cheaper than $200 are ugly.

    Chinatown

    Not worth it!

Why I recommend this place to visitors  — 1 year ago

It’s a touristy place, mostly, except for the areas close to where people live. I went there with a group of Korean and Chinese students during work and they were SO not impressed, but it’s a cute area. Lots of good food and trinkets to take home.
