I hate this place. To live here you need to be brain-dead and zombified. It is a city made for evil.
People sleep in the streets, not in pairs, not in tens, but in hundreds. Would you like to witness murder? Take a drive through Hillbrow, and watch the horrors unfold.
It is cold here, and the air is polluted. I found myself in a perpetual state of paranoia. No one is there for you. Nobody cares. And if you have a wallet, there will be a gun to your head…

I used to go here alot in my childhood and have beautiful memories of the sunset and nature.
I haven’t travelled here in recent years and don’t recommend it. The part of my family who I used to visit there have now moved to South Africa because of how the situation in Zimbabwe has deteriorated.
When I see a slight pink sunset I feel nostalgic for that fantasy place from childhood where the sky lit up with unimaginable reds and purples.
