Searching for places for my holidays I came across Hydra. It impressed me and awoke my interest in this place. Now I’m considering the best way of spending my vacation there.

I visited a lot of countries. And I was in that place with the tourist group too.
The beauty of the nature strikes a lot, especially after the bustle of the town.
Natives treat the nature differently. They live in harmony with nature, which brings them pleasure and peace of mind.
There are a lot of such places in Nepal, they are just unknown for tourists. And that is very good – our children will have what to see in the future!

I would love to go there since I have read a lot of material about Giuseppe Garibaldi. By the way, did you know that his name is mentioned together with the English politicians, who have sponsored his affairs in Italy? I found this information in this blog.

I wasn’t right in the Catedral but very close to it! The impression was not very good. I don’t know why, may be because it was night-time… strange architecture or ghosts…
Some time ago I participated in the forum of developement of complicated construction technics, which was held at Grande Bretagne Hotel, Athens. There were a lot of interesting reports of architects. The most unteresting was the report of one architect that was based on the Mexican scientists’ informartion. It was the information about the methods of construction of namely this Catedral.

I have spent there some days. There are a lot of beautiful places only because of the forest. Forests are met very rarely in Cyprus. The most of trees were cut over, they are only in nurseries. While driving from town to town you’ll see very sad picture – only treeless hills. In Troodos I stayed in Forest Park Hotel. This is the only 4star hotel in the area. Most of hotels are 3 star. That is why there is a big problem to book this hotel. Moreover many Cypriots spend their holidays here.
I’ll go there next season too. Locals are very hospitable! I’ve met some interesting people in the nearest tavern. And in general – Troodos is a very beautiful place!

Once I’ve stayed in this hotel. I can’t say that it was my best holiday. The Athens Hilton is so-so… like other Hilton hotels. But for the last time I’ve spent in Athens I stayed in Electra Palace. That is a really excellent hotel! Everything was perfect: the staff, the room and the price!

There are three of these hotels in Dubai. On of them, the old one, now is named as Habtoor Grand Resort and Spa. I was in this hotel… all hotels are absolutely differnet! My impression about The Habtoor was not very good! It was a small hotel around a small pool… Today on the same small territory there are two big towers. But there’s no harm in that… A real trouble is the hotel’s staff! They are very affable and hospitable on the face of it… but if a tourist has some problems – the personnel changes cardinally! I’d better recommend you not to stay in this hotel. There is another better one very close to Habtoor – The Royal Meridien, but the most perfect place to stay in Dubai is Ritz Carlton Dubai. All this 3 hotels are located close to each other.

I was in Dubai Airport! Its big advantage is that it is placed right in the town. And you can reach any hotel you need very easy and fast! This is a very pleasant moment, moreover after a long flight! There are some good hotels right near the airport, but we have chosen Jumeirah. Our friends recommended it to us. It’s situated not in the town but on the beach. It’s an amazing place!

The Dubai Zoo is an amazing place! Especially children like it very much! And they often ask parents to go there once again. It is open from 10.00 a.m. till 5.30 p.m. The Zoo is kept by the state. It has a big variety of different animals. Here can be met not only usual crocodile, monkey or giraffe, but also some animals that where specific only for the Dubai area, such as arabic fox and arabic wolf.

I have read some interesting information about Zakinthos… like this: Zakinthos is the southernmost of seven islands of Ionian Archipelago. It has almost a triangular shape. The island attracts its guests with clean emerald sea, snow-white beaches, mountains treed with pinewood and with kind hospitality of inhabitants.
Zakinthos is one of two Greek national sea parks specially
created for protection of loggerhead turtles and rare rogue of mediterranean seals. It’s very possible here on one of these seasides to meet rare loggerhead turtles.
