I was down in Gitmo running the prisons back in 1996. I think Cuba is a beautiful place but since Americans are welcome there, I guess you won’t find out unless you’re in the military or have a special purpose to be there. The water is so clear and the land is just breath taking in my opinion. Watch out for those iguanas, they will chase you. I got stuck on the bottom of this cliff because a few of them were waiting at the top for me. I had to finally go up there because the tide was coming in and would have washed me away. I ran like you wouldn’t believe and trust me, they were close behind. I never realized how fast they were! Anyway, it’s a cool place to see if you get the chance. Happy traveling!

I was over in Bahrain back in 1997 after the Gulf War. It isn’t a place I would care to visit otherwise. There isn’t much of anything around there and many bad things could happen to you, especially the women. I wouldn’t go back unless I had to due to military obligations. Now you can understand while Michael Jackson lives there!
