Worth visiting!
2am. I came out of the bar and saw two strong and handsome men walking ahead of us down the paved alley. The taller guy had his arm hung over the shoulders of his mate. They stopped right below a streetlamp and kissed. They laughed and the ran away, hand in hand into the darkness. Their love echoing throughout the city. Then, I remembered to breathe.
You can drink from the free flowing water fountain! Cool!!
Worth visiting!
A beautiful quaint small town for local and international tourists. The beaches are beautiful and pristine. There’s an unofficial nude beach called Miner’s Beach but mostly middle-aged men go there. There’s a trailer park and lots of more expensive hotels and inns. The smaller food stalls are hit and miss. But, they do have a Hogs Breath Cafe with very good steaks. Stay away from any chicken dishes in ALL of Australia. I had the entire backpacker’s room (4 beds) to myself. And, like most of Australia, not too many people.
