Fantastic vegan chinese food in the Buddhist tradition. Imitation meats are an old art, and they practice it well.

Good coffee, good food. Perfectly willing to hold the ham and make things vegetarian.

It’s a very quiet, clean, safe part of the city. We stayed in a guest apartment here, and it was gorgeous.

Colorado Springs is a big, sprawling, commercial city. It doesn’t have a lot to offer if you ask me.

Parts of the Robin Hood movie were filmed here—it’s a recognizable shape. The castle is falling down, but the scenery is gorgeous.

Christchurch is a small city, with some beautiful architecture.

Beautiful and rural. Dorset is full of gently rolling countryside, and very pleasant people.
