It’s like a John Wayne Hall of Fame inside, which is kinda fun.

This is among the most gorgeous hikes in Colorado.

Greyound stations suck.

However, if you’re in for a layover in Salt Lake, and it’s before 9 and not a Sunday, go a block toward downtown (street numbers go down) and stop at Coffee Under the Bridge. Free wifi and good food and coffee and music.

One block from Greyhound. Since layovers in Salt Lake can be a couple hours, stop by!

But not super spectacular to me. There’s far more magical places to me elsewhere. Far more solitary ones too.

If you’re in Fort Worth, stop into the Water Gardens.

It’s easily 20 degrees cooler in there than the surrounding blocks in the summer, and the architecture and water design is really gorgeous.

It’s really pretty in the spring.

You can learn a lot and be a better person having been to Hell and back…
