so nice to walk around

but awful to park. we parked our car once, stayed there for 4 days and didn’t dare to move it (well, it was also quite covered by snow too). there has to be something weird with the plowing there, i fell down 3 times in the same night walk (well, i had some wine before and a great dinner, with some more wine, but still…). the plateau is definitelly the place to walk around, but the historical area is worth the visit. if you are going from ny, the adirondacks route is gorgeous.

maine is beautiful even under non stop rain.

bar harbor is kind of a tourist trap, but it is worth visiting because of the acadia park, and for me, because in the same island you can go to the home of marguerite yourcenar during summer and begin of fall.

but my “must go” so far is ogunquit.
