its a lovely place, my favorite city was granada, lots of old architecture and charm. also the east coast, like bluefields is so interesting. carribean latin america is worth checking out. teeming with culture. managua’s modern cathedral is very neat as well. corn island is a tropical getaway. the beaches are pristine…. whats not to like?

went in summer of 2003, lovely. especially if you have someone to visit there is so much family warmth. and warmth from the sun of course. the food is good. apparently there are some safety issues to worry about for travelers, americans. i didnt have any problems. the cathedral is a real neat modern church worth checking out.

Assisi is a beautiful, small, medieval town on a hill. Down below its surrounded by sunflower fields… Cobblestone streets, gelato, churches, friendly folks.
