Ecuador

Worth visiting!

Different Traditions

I remember going to Ecuador when I was really little so my memory is not that clear of what I really did here. But what I do remember is that people make some type of a piñata and on New Year, the whole neighborhood on the block places their piñata in a big pile and then burns them. I think it symbolizes that they are burning away the old year and welcoming the new year. I remember watching it from a balcony but it was really interesting.

Manhattan

Worth visiting!

So Exciting

I just love Manhattan, especially at night. It is just so full of life. I think someone mentioned this already but you have to know the subway system since it is better than going by car XD

New York State

Worth visiting!

I grew up here during my early childhood

I was born here on New York so it holds some great memories for me when I was little. I really love visiting New York every few years since most of my mom’s family lives here. I love seeing the appartment that I used to live in. I also love going to the stores that are close to us and also going downtown to Manhattan and Times Square. Last summer I visited New York but this summer I didn’t :(. Hopefully next summer, I get to visit it again =D

Disneyland Park

Why I want to go to this place

I never been to Disneyland and it seems like a lot of my friends have gone except me. It seems like a great place to spend time with your family and have fun. I really would like to go before I finish high school.

South Beach

Worth visiting!

Great experience

Since I come from a town where it is practically a desert, this was a wonderful experience for me. The beach that I went to was great, even though I wasn’t fond of the saltwater :p. I loved cruising around at the night especially.

Miami

Worth visiting!

Great place for vacations =D

I remember when I went to Miami last summer in 2006. My aunt had taken my little sister, my cousin, and me as my cousin’s birthday present. I loved being there because the environment was just so interesting and fun. We stayed at the Royal Palm Hotel near South Beach and we would go to the beach almost everyday for the week-long vacation that we were there. I also loved going to stores that were on Collins Avenue, especially at night. One of my favorite places that I visited was Lincoln Road where you can find nice stores, trendy outdoor cafes, restaurants, and galleries. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys shopping, food and drinks, and people watching.
