Just got back from my second trip this year… got to see it at both Christmas and in the summer. Really wishing I could live there. My highest eating recommendation would be at Serendipity III. Loved it! That and Peanut Butter and Company. So Unique. Of course that is NY for you.

24 Days until this trip begins! We have a red Socks game planned, Duck tours, BBQ and of course a trip to the Hard Rock Cafe to get my next glass in the collection. Can’t wait!

I had visited the museum about 9 years ago so was shocked when I went in today to find it nothing like I remembered. It was really wonderful to see art in its many forms. Personally, I loved the Walker Evans and Dorthea Lange Photographs as well as the room devoted to the “Hudson River School”. Also I got a kick out of the oversized safety pin.

Finally made it to the Tea Garden today. We had Hot tea and fortune cookies and I took this great shot from where we were sitting.

After wandering around the garden we headed over to the de young museum and tonight is the Giant’s game! I am getting a big dose of tourism this weekend….. whew!

NYC here I come! Only problem is I will only be there for 2 days. What is a MUST that I would be a fool to miss? And what is a characteristically eclectic NY place to hit up too?

I just got my RENT tickets in the mail! The count down is getting intense….

My husband and I made it to club 33 during the 50th anniversary. We had a lot of fun being pampered by Mickey and Pluto :) Good times!
