although i have been to athens, GA recently. my college roommate and i went there for a day trip one weekend to check it out. i probably won’t be going back anytime soon but i have a respect for it since 4 of my closest friends graduated from UGA. something good obviously came out of there!
over 6 years agoi make a pilgrimage here every summer. if they ever think of tearing this place down, i might die.
over 6 years agowe actually drove from alabama to niagara falls. not all at one time, mind you. i wasn’t really into touristy stuff when i was that young, so i don’t think i wanted to go. but looking back, it was really cool.
