Not worth it!
... went to Lebanon about 7 years ago, the first year they let americans back in legally after the ‘70s. The city was scarred. Syrian soldier on every street corner… would love to see how it’s changed.
Worth visiting!
I went on a trip with a buddy and came home alone. She stayed… we sold her car and moved her out of her place in Seattle. She wound up renting a bungalow on stilts… you could literally dive off her back porch into the ocean and swim 100 yards to the barrier reef that stretches down from Belize. Not a bad trade for her apt in sunny Seattle.

... so worth it. i’ve travelled a lot and this place is on my top 10 for sure. just magical…will have to get the pics from my sis to upload.
