Colonia is very pretty but don’t plan on staying there for long. Lots to do in Montevideo and decent nightlife. That’s about as much as I know.

Ok. It’s a massive country and I have only seen a tiny piece. Not speaking Portuguese can make it tricky but well worth a visit.

So much to see and do – do the downhill bike ride from La Paz.

Just amazing. Inca trail, Machpicchu, Waynapicchu – amazing.

If you’ve never done a bungy, do one. Do some ice climbing on Fox or Franz Josef. Do as many activities as you can afford to do because that’s what this place is all about. The scenery’s not bad either.
