Its excellent, its right by the sea. It gets packed out in the summer, has an excellent bakery and DID have a really great restaurant til they turned it into a random burger place (quite weird).
It has amusements and many places to stay including a Pontins holiday park. Used to go there every year. Was a fantastic place.
over 6 years agoThe only reason its not worth visiting is because there isn’t anything here of interest. Its ok to live in though but dont get your hopes up!
over 6 years agoand its not that bad considering you only have to go 5 mins outside the city and your in the countryside. The people are usually friendly but of course there are a few who are not!
I wouldn’t come here to visit unless you are a fan of potteries. I have yet to go and see them so can’t say whether or not thats a good reason but living here is cool but extremely cold here in the winter. Bring a coat, scarf, and gloves and anything else that will keep you warm!
