Definitely the one of the best Greek Food Restaurants in Vancouver. They make yummy white Sangria and awesome creme carmel!

However, it has a very short summer. The insects are huge. There is not too much to do. The housing costs are astronomical because of the diamond mine. It is a quaint little place, looks and feels like a mini city. If you are interested in wildlife and rural activities you will probably love this city.

Need I say more? I use to have to travel for work there… In June the sun sets at about 11:30 PM! Very weird. Northern Lights are really cool but you don’t have to go that far North to see em!

The best cheap eats is at the Petro Can on the south side on the Trans Canada Highway. I think it is a nice enough town, but it is mostly just a trucking and train hub for the interior of BC. I would not make a special trip there, the chances are if you are travelling around BC you will end up there anyway!

it was in October 1998, way too long ago. I loved this place and still think about New Orleans often (especially since I have a Cafe Du Monde coffee cup on my desk as a pen holder). I remember sitting in the Cafe Du Monde eating a beignet and sipping a cafe au lait while this amazing street musician was playing “when the saints come marching in” on a trumpet. The beignets are pretty tasty but the au lait was kinda yucky. The thing that makes Cafe Du Monde so unique is that 1) It’s been there since like the 1860s 2) It is one of the best places in N.O. to people watch. I would recommend CDM for the experience, not necessarily for the coffee. A great place to sit and write out postcards.

Coming from a large Irish family, I have always wanted to go a see my family’s roots. It is so beautiful there and the people are amazing. Just to be able to wander around in centuries old castles and see the rolling hills…I can’t wait!

I love the desert. Vegas is super fun, but by far my favorite trip to Nevada was to the Burning Man Festival! If you are an artist free spirit, this is the place to go!
