over 6 years ago…I think it’s worth visiting. It can be a drag when the party crowds come in on the weekends, but it’s part of the urban experience. It’s great to be able to get an espresso or pastry at the cafe downstairs, or walk 5 minutes to the waterfront…I like being in the middle of the “action.” Plus I’m within stumbling distance from all the bars : )
