the salt min tour in salzburg is fun. when i was there 20 years ago, they had a little ride at the end. hope it’s still there.

I’ve only been skiing once in my life, and it was here. What a fun day!

This place is “touristy” and nothing like the rest of the country. Still, it can be cool although tiring. I saw a pretty good outdoor show there once.

Seoul is pretty crowded. It’s good for people who like crowds and hussle, bussle.

The first time I went to Dongdaemun, I was like trapped in the fabric section for hours ‘cause I couldn’t find my way out and I don’t speak Korean. Every time I go to Dongdaemun, I end up totally wiped out and it’s not that much cheaper than a regular store, really, by the time you factor in your subway fare to get there, lunch ‘cause you’re hungry when you arrive, and so forth. Also, this place is too crowded.

The Shin-Osaka Youth Hostel is pretty good. It’s very clean. Make sure you try the pastry called “Shoe cream.” It is divine. Also, the angel-hair spaghetti in Japan was fabulous.
