I grew up on the gold coast, North State Parkway to be exact. Brownstones built in the late 1800s adorn the streets, you’ll recognize numerous movie locations and, if you’re lucky, get a peek at a real Chicago celebrity. It’s, by far, the finest neighborhood in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
over 7 years agoYes the Cubs are probably losing the game. Yes it’s hot outside. Yes, there’s an obnoxious Cardinals fan nearby but if you can look past all of these inconveniences you’ll find yourself at the greatest place in the world. It’s stunning, historic and truly an experience that must be…well…experienced. Quick tip – buy your food outside the park, you’ll save a fortune.
