After graduating high school in Harrisburg, I came up to RIT to pursue my bachelor’s degree. Somehow I never managed to leave good ol’ Rottonweather.

over 4 years agoTalk about Texas-sized, this place is amazing! At least, it was amazing to me who has no experience with resorts. I was particularly impressed with the atrium.
I was here twice for the RFID World conferences in ’05 and ’06. I did not stay in the rooms here (the rates were way above my expense budget!), so I mostly saw the convention center and atrium. The convention center was certainly capable of hosting large shows including an extensive exhibit floor, large key-note addresses, and various small break-out sessions.
over 4 years agoI have been to Dallas twice for the RFID World conferences in ’05 and ’06. The people were very friendly, the steaks are to die for, and the March weather was an awful lot better than back home in Rochester, NY.
