Ocracoke Island, Outer Banks

You take a ferry there. by Tropicana Hana

Watched a sunset on the way over! We stayed at Blackbeard inn!! Ate at one of the most amazing breakfast places in this part of the continent!! The weather (in mid summer) was hot and steamy humid. It’s the only place in North Carolina I imagine with a lot of palm trees. Popular activities were biking, kayaking, wind surfing, and I don’t remember.

Ocracoke goes on my list of places to have a summer home when I’m older and have a family or something!!!

Hawai'i, United States

want to revisit my birthplace. by Tropicana Hana

I was born in Hawaii, and I haven’t seen it since I was a baby and my family moved to the east coast!! I just remember from photos and always wonder what life would have been like if I grew up on the hawaiian islands.

Hana, Maui

I think, I've got to see this place for my self!!! by Tropicana Hana

Everyone always asks me if I was named after this place! When I worked at Macy’s Jewlery during holiday season, I would get stories about honeymoons in Hana and vacations there and ect, my name brought up all their past Hawaiin memories!!

Meskerem, Greenwich Village

Best Ethiopian Food! by Tropicana Hana

Great Samosas and my favorite is vegetable number two. Traditionally, you eat with your hands, but if you are not up for that just beg for utensils like the table next to me did. You are missing out though!!

Metro Coffee House, Savannah

Bubble tea OOO!!! by Tropicana Hana

A great hangout place. It’s one of the only 24 hour places in town. The people at metro are so friendly!! TRYTHEBUBBLETEA! When I moved to Savannah I thought I’d never have bubble tea again (it is a China Town thing) then I found this place! There’s local artwork for display, music, a computer, lots of board games and magazines. The don’t care if you hang around all day and all night. They make snacks, cookies, and other drinks too.

I was very bored with my so-called breakfast. Savannah needs more places to eat in the morning.

Fire Island, Long Island

The most pleasant place in NY by Tropicana Hana

You boat over from Long island. There’s no cars so you can walk around with out the constant fear of being NY road kill. It is the cleanest NY place ever, I walked all day barefoot. Don’t try to walk (or swim) from one side of the island to the other, it can’t be done.

Don’t forget to get a wagon!!

Epcot, Walt Disney World

Walk around the world in a day! by Tropicana Hana

Epcot has the world showcase that gives you ‘samples’ of countries around the golbe. It used to excite me most when I was a little kid – especially someone in every country will stamp your pretend passport.

I like the futuristic part of Epcot too.
