History galore! ...and good shopping, too!

Unfortunately my travels were only when on business. But I did manage to walk around a little. As is the case with most European cities, you’re surrounded by history and a lot of very nice people.

Interesting place to visit. Definitely the most uncomfortable atmosphere that I’ve ever endured.

Nice people, amusing to watch, Rome’s cool and so is everything north of it. Below that, it’s just way too hot in the summer time and can be a little dangerous. Avoid Naples!

Nice town to just chill out in and relax. Just make sure that your car is parked some place safe and secure. This town, like any town in Hollan, is just too close to Amsterdam! ...or is that their liberal drug policy that creates the high crime rates, particularly on vehicles with out of country license plates?

...and I would actually consider living here. It’s also not that far form Den Haag. So if you’re into Jazz, the North Sea Jazz festival is a hop, skip and a jump away!
