I’ve been to Alaska many times and still say that it is where God lives. The air is fresh and the hiking, fishing, and outdoors activities are endless. In Skagway they will close shops when it is sunny out and everyone is gone outdoors. One shop left a note “Gone fishing, be open tomorrow”, another “Whitewater rafting, be back tomorrow” This is the life. I’ve been around southeast Alaska and as far north as the Arctic Circle. It is a wonderful place to visit. If you need to get away from the stress of every day life, come to where you can camp under the stars and your cell phone won’t ring, take a midnight hike as the sun is still out, or dig up clams on the Kenai peninsula. For relaxation, getting away, getting some fresh air and communing with nature, this is the place.

Tallinn is a beautiful town of winding cobblestoned streets that closely resembles what it looked like in the MIddle Ages. There are restaurants and a few tourist shops, but you could also just wander around and take pictures!

I was lucky to get a great deal the first time I went to Aruba. Flew down on Aruba Air (all business class) with a friend, rented a jeep at the airport and stayed in Palm Beach. Definitely rent a jeep and “explore”. The roads can be rough on the back side of the island, but it is an adventure. Make sure to visit “baby beach” as well. One tip for Palm Beach at night…there are sand crabs, so beware if you sit down!
