I want to go to South Africa because I have been reading Miriam Makeba’s autobiography and it is truly amazing, all the things she talks about and I’d love to go here as sort of an homage I guess to her, because she is such an amazing artist.

What can I say? The thought of it being midnight and the sun is still up intrigues me. I think it would be fascinating to see somewhere so relatively untouched by humans, since it has such a low population.

I live here, whoot! It’s true, it is nice but there are homeless that occasionally wander up this way, we are right outside of downtown. PLus, we are right close to Peters’ Drive-in!

So freaking amazing. I wish I could have gone bungee jumping. Needless to say, I will be back because that would be so awesome.

Came here on my last day in Greece and on the way back to Athens we stopped at some weird truckstop sort of place and I spent 50 euros on 2 Elena Paparizou cds. So worth it, both the cd’s and Delphi. Very nice, but a very long hike to the top.

Not as fun or nice as Italy, lots of stray dogs, but still supa kool! ^_

A very nice airport. I like how they had a cd store right in the arrivals area, too bad I didn’t get a chance to buy the cds I wanted, at all! Grrrr…just another reason for me to go back I guess.

Came here at night. I wish I had my camera.

I came here, at night, with my tour group, by taking the athens metro, which was so much fun, especially because we were a group from Alberta, and we ended up running into a group from Saskatchewan on the train. Plus, when walking in the plaka, a girl that I was not very fond of sprained her ankle and had to go to hospital, and so her and her atrocious mother did not partake in the following day’s activities. Yes! PLus, seeing the parthenon at night was cool.

So cool even if it is heavy under reconstruction. Truly awesome place to go to.
