i went to dublin in anuary which isnt the best time but oh well right ? it was cheap then so sue me ! the best place to hang out and drink some coffee is the Cafe Seine near the main shopping area of dublin. the cafe was real nice inside very ornate and the waitresses dont try to haslle you to hurry up and leave. It is just a nice place to chill out for a few minutes or hours :)
